Herbert .P Bear's buddy list icon and player card

Today When I was at my buddy Pup1one's blog I spotted a post that said something about herbert on your buddy list.And then I realised that it was the buddy list icon for herbert .p bear. So Herbert will now be a mascot on Club Penguin.

It must have something to do with operation black out. When I was meeting Billybob yesterday on Cloud He said that herbert will be tall as a player.Does That Mean That Herbert Will Be A new Mascot For Club Penguin?Let Me Know in The Comments!

    Yes Herbert is becoming a mascot BTW don't you think there is something not quite right about that image something about HIM I think.
