Today on twitter I heard someone say that herbert .p bear had a twitter account.And so there was a Herbert .P Bear twitter account.I wonder Whats Herbert Doing On Twitter.His username on twitter is @clubherbert. Herbert talks about operation black out coming soon to Club Penguin. he also replies to people's tweets.
